Each piece I make (unless specifically stated in the product description) is handmade to order. Please allow me 7-10 working days to handcraft your order before it is ready to be shipped. 



I carefully prepare and pack each order from my studio in England. 

Orders ship Mon-Fri. Standard shipping is by Royal Mail, orders may need a signature on delivery.




Please note international orders have extended delivery times. Transit times may vary greatly due to customs. Lauren Hunt Jewellery Designs is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments.




Where pieces are made to order they will be made specific to individual requirements and cannot be resold, therefore I am only able to offer a refund in the unlikely event that your jewellery has a fault or is damaged. In this instance it would need to be returned to me within 14 days of receipt and I will make a replacement piece or issue a refund.


If for any reason you need to return a ready to ship item, please contact us directly with in 7 days  and we will try to rectify the issue for you. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.


Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).
