When will my order Ship?
All in stock products will be shipped within 48 hours.
Where products are available for pre-order the expected ship from date will be detailed in the product listing.
How long does shipping take?
You can enjoy complimentary standard shipping within the UK via Royal Mail's 48-hour service, complete with detailed tracking and delivery confirmation.
For international orders, we use Royal Mail's International Tracked service. You can expect delivery within Europe in 3-5 working days and to the rest of the world in 5-7 working days.
What is your Exchange Policy?
If you need a different size for an item kept in stock, such as a smaller or larger ring size, you may exchange jewellery within 30 days of receipt. Please note, you'll be responsible for the postage cost of returning the item to the studio.
For unique, one-of-a-kind pieces where an alternative size is unavailable, your order will be refunded, offering you the flexibility to choose an alternative if appropriate.
What is your Return Policy?
If you're seeking a refund for all or part of your order you will be required to cover the cost of returning the item to us. In the rare event of a fault, or item being damaged during transit, please reach out to us promptly so we can determine the best solution.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.

When will I receive my Refund?
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours of receiving your order in the studio. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to reflect on your statement. Alternatively, you can opt for a gift card for immediate use, covering the refund amount.
